What Is Slime Cat?

SlimeCat is a cute and physics-based platformer in which you control an elastic cat made out of slime! Born from a game jam project, this official release is like a first step toward realizing the developers' dream of something special. With simple yet addictive gameplay mechanics, Slime Cat poses gentle challenges for players to bounce, stretch, and squish across while providing marker feedback that will help guide the game's future development.

How to Play

Move Left and Right: Press A or D, or use the LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys to roll your slimy cat.
Jump: Hit SPACE to jump into the air—timing is everything!

Your main objective is to make it through each level while avoiding hazards and bouncing off objects to your advantage with the latex-like elastic physics of your slimy form.

Tips & Tricks

Work momentum: Scamper downhill at top speed for a greater leap.
Use the jiggle: The trick is Jelly Cat's stretchy body will allow you to squeeze through tight spots—try it out!
Check your landing: Landing too hard will send you bouncing away!
