Backrooms - Lusófona Breach is a surreal horror experience where you have accidentally like some slip "no-clipped" out of reality and into the Backrooms—an endless set of eerie yellow corridors. Interestingly, you were originally involved with a game jam, which means you now have to collect scattered game dev docs to escape before something unknown finds you. Hence, being a rather tense and atmospheric adventure that combines the feel of psychological horror with a meta twist regarding game development.
The idea of the Backrooms was birthed from a creepypasta about a never-ending liminal office space. Lusófona Breach has an interpretative slant—a nightmare of game developers where losing your progress and being hunted while finishing your project literally spells horror. Being a game jam title, it introduces a sinister flavor to the experience as it somehow concurrently judges itself.
It might be blocked on some networks (in schools, for example), but there are often browser or downloadable versions to play on the side. Should be safe to do so... at least, in-game ambience-wise.
