"Fervent" is an ice-cold VHS indie horror game that drops you into a mysterious and unsettling realm, taking inspiration from the creepy gameplay of "The House In The Woods." You are the investigator that must uncover the dark secrets hidden in the Fervent Campsite, where the strange incidents have taken an ominous turn away from the good. As you step into the forest, you will encounter sinister phenomena, indecipherable markings, and a growing sensation of terror—do you have the nerve to face the darkness and find out the truth, or would you rather become one more cursed riddle in the woods?
Your journey commences on the gates of Fervent Campsite: there lies a notice board on the wall warning of very strange happenings: obelisk-type monuments, strange symbols, and extraordinary visions. Using your intellect and hypocrisy, you work into an eerie forest, follow clues, and uncover the secrets buried in the shadows. Basic but important controls:

It is the year 2006: formerly a joyous place to relax, the Fervent Campsite was starting to feel warmer by mid-summer. However, shortly after the beginning of the summer season, strange obelisks, cryptic symbols, and dreadful visions came to be reported about, driving away campers and frightening away the managers. The discovery of the ritual book seemed only to have made the matter more complicated, and it is now up to you to piece together what happened and hopefully bring safety to the site. The truth lies on the other side of the black night, waiting to be uncovered.
