What is Lost Knight?

Lost Knight is a survival horror gripping the player as a futuristic knight mysterially transporting himself into a dark and unfathomable timeline. With no memory of how he came to be here, the lone clue must be gathered through scattered notes that may reveal the truth of his own past if he manages to survive and get to them. Made by Lewis Cardona and Oscary Cijntje, the game provides a blend of exploration atmosphere, while the stealth mechanics force you to become the puzzle as you try to put together your identity and somehow stay away from ever-shifting, indistinct threats.

How to Play

Movement: Use the W, A, S, D buttons to move about in the dark world.
Jump: Press the Spacebar key over obstacles.
Duck: Press C to crouch and keep out of sight.
Interact: Press Mouse 1 on a note or object to inspect it.
Hide in Closet: Enter the closet by pressing E; press Q to exit from the closet.

Tips & Tricks

Silence Is Your Friend: Any loud noises will attract attention, so avoid moving around unless you have to.
Read Every Note: Notes provide important lore and hints about your escape.
Cover Is Your Friend: Closets are your safe areas, but don't stay in one for too long; some threats will still find you.
Hang On to Your Stamina: Running burns energy costs, so take paths that enable you to keep it full.

History

Lost Knight was created as a passion project by indie developers Lewis Cardona and Oscary Cijntje, who wanted to mix the classic survival horror tension with a newer sci-fi element. This & that haunting atmosphere and cryptic story have caused comparisons with cult-revered pieces, thereby carving a niche for itself within the genre.
