What is Five Nights at Candy’s?

Five Nights at Candy’s is a chilling edition of the indie horror genre where you play a nighttime security guard in a spooky candy-themed restaurant. This is not your ordinary sweetshop: twisted animatronics compose the haunting movements that begin once darkness sets in. Your goal? To survive until 6 AM. Keep an eye on the security cameras, manage power, and keep these monstrous mascots from getting near.

How to Play

Monitor Cameras: Keep check of animatronics' movement through the security feed.
Conserve Power: Any action drains power—whether it’s using cameras or closing doors. End with zero and there’s nowhere to hide.
Listen for Clues: Audio cues may be footsteps or static—telling when an enemy might be close.
Stay Alive: Don’t get jumpscared until 6 AM to win.

Tips & Tricks

Rank Threats: Some animatronics are quicker than others. Learn their behavior!
Use the Sound: Headphones allow you to catch faint noises indicating a threat.
Keep Calm: Doors or cameras are an energy drain if you go crazy with the buttons.

History

Created by Emil Macko (aka "Emil"), Five Nights at Candy’s is a fan-based sequel created in 2015 that inherits themes and original characters from Five Nights at Freddy’s, such as Candy the Cat and Chester the Chimpanzee. Its creepy mood and clever mechanisms helped build a cult following among horror fans.
