NPC_GOBLIN_04 is surreal and melancholic, placing one inside the grainy little shoes of a forsaken low-level goblin trapped within a glitchy, decaying digital world. Imagine being stranded in a scratched VHS or a corrupted hard drive-this is the feeling. You are not the hero, but just a little NPC thrown in with endless doomed cycles while his world writhes away alongside him.

How To Play

Controls: Use the bare minimum input, usually arrow keys or WASD, to maneuver your little goblin through the ruins.
Objective: There really isn't much to do except die or survive, life is meaningless, really, in a world that can scarcely remember that you even existed.
Mechanics: Janky has to be the watchword: you move slowly, you fail frequently, with an uncomfortable health rating of 3 points at best, and with zero opportunities to collect high-end loot. The game embraces these limitations, using them as a narrative element.

Keep Your Expectations Low: You won't ever "win." Get your fun out of little instances where you find strange half-deleted bits of the map.
