What is GoodnightMoon?

GoodnightMoon is a whimsical interactive escape room, inspired by the well-loved children's book Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown. The player enters a warm and nostalgic world in which their goal is to say goodnight to whatever is in the room. But it really isn't that simple! Solve semigreedy puzzles and reveal half-hidden clues while interacting with the environment at times before the buzzer rings.

With beautiful artwork by Reid Duncan and smooth programming by Julie McGaughey, this game revives the classic bedtime story into something fresh and exciting.

How to Play

Use the arrow keys to move around the room.
Click on objects to interact with them; you may find clues or trigger an event!
Keep your eyes open—everything could be part of the puzzle.
Your task: Say goodnight to everything before time runs out!
