What is Five Nights with a Guard?

Five Nights with a Guard is a survival-horror-genre game, with inspiration from the famous series Five Nights at Freddy's. Instead of guarding a haunted Pizzeria, you'd be a night watchman of a large supermarket who has to protect a highly-coveted box containing mysterious drinks, which might even be intoxicating. The strange creatures lurk in the shadows at times, and it will be your job to keep track using security cameras, respond accordingly, and survive five horrible nights. Can you stay ahead of these creepy and spooky creatures and last till dawn?

How to Play

Use the cameras – Keep an eye on the security feeds of the supermarket to catch suspicious movements.
Stay on guard – Use whatever resources you have left, such as doors and lights, to protect your position against the monsters.
Save power – It is important to conserve your electricity; once depleted, that's it!
Be alert for audio – Remember tough moments; listen to the audio cues and act fast.

Prioritize threats – Not every camera viewpoint is equally important. Learn so to recognize the high-risk zones.
Conserve power – Do not hit the doors or lights every chance you get. Save your resources for moments you really need them.

History

Being developed by Slough Soft, Five Nights with a Guard is inspired by Five Nights at Freddy's yet adds in its own twist of horrors from the supermarket. The game meshes suspense, strategy, and jump scares to make a new experience partly familiar to horror lovers.
